The National Black MBA Association® (NBMBAA) fosters economic equity and career advancement for historically underrepresented professionals and aspiring leaders through transformative educational opportunities, robust professional networks, and actionable advocacy for wealth creation and inclusion.

With a robust presence spanning across North America, NBMBAA boasts a formidable network of 40 local chapters and a membership base exceeding 11,000 professionals.

The National Black MBA Association - Twin Cities chapter, Inc. focuses on professional development, community connections, talent attraction and entrepreneurship within the Minneapolis/St. Paul as well as greater Minnesota. 

Our members represent all stages in their career journeys and have experiences from the variety of Minnesota industries. All are welcome to become members and participate in our activities.
